A digital playground

The yearly Google I/O event went digital and Set Snail powered up Google's idea to make a fun online space for conference guests to network and explore together. We reimagined how we attend large conferences in a world influenced by covid-19.

In the online experience you can explore the world, learn about new Google products, collect virtual swag and chat with developers and Googlers from around the world. Essentially, it's a social platform designed to bring people together.

Adventure has been part of several events. We collaborate closely with the talented teams at Google, joining forces to create fresh and engaging experiences that transport players to captivating virtual world.

Chrome Dev Summit

This was the very first event we made in collaboration with Google back in 2020. The event had a ton of fun developer-focused jokes that players could explore all over the world, together with distinct spaces for all the teams to show off their newly announced features. This project set the visual direction and gameplay feel for all the following Adventure experiences.

Google I/O

Google I/O is Google's largest event, where they announce all their new features and products. The digital world invites all attendees to explore their products in a fun and engaging world we have designed together with their teams, such as Android, Firebase, Flutter, Material Design and many more.

Indie Games Festival

The Indie Games Festival is a yearly celebration of the best new indie games on Google Play. The event is divided into a European, Korean and Japanese track, which all have a livestream and awards ceremony. Inside the Adventure world you can explore all the games, meet the developers and watch the livestream together with other attendees virtually.

Indie Games Accelerator

Through a three month digital accelerator program, selected indie games studios can strategize, build, grow, earn and lead their game and studio to success with the help of industry mentors. Inside the Adventure world they can meet and talk with the mentors and other participants as well as find all the curriculum.
